As far as I know, the Rand editor per se has never been ported to VMS, but Interactive Systems of Santa Monica (for whom I work) sells a descendant of it that does run on VMS as well as 4.1BSD, V7, V6, S III, etc. Send me mail if you want details. John Levine decvax!cca!ima!johnl Levine @ Yale
