Hi, I posted this problem earlier but never got a responce. (We just upgraded/changed network routers so if someone could please send me a responce so I know that I'm getting through, I would greatly appreicate it.) Anyways, I can write some simple pieces of C code and use the libc.a that comes with the release and everything works fine. But, when I extract the .c files from the libsrc.a and then use the "run" script asld chokes and says that there are now unresolved references. (I'd like to get the other routines added to libc.a.) The list of unresolved references are always the same. What is the difference between the release version and the one that run rebuilds? Is there a bug or do I need to do something else after "run" finishes? I'm also having problems finding the header file "dir.h" could someone point me to a source for this? (Or email it to me?) Thanks. Pat McCormick mcormick@unm-la.LANL.GOV lanl!unm-la!mcormick@uunet.uu.net --or-- uunet.UU.NET!unm-la!mcormick@cs.utexas.edu
