[comp.os.minix] Need 1.2 "C" Support Library

I have finally decided to try my luck at upgrading my 1.1 MINIX -> 1.2 -> 1.3
and to 1.4a if I can.  I have seen it mentioned that a binary upgrade of the
1.1 C compiler and support libraries exists.  Can someone help me obtain them?
I don't have FTP access.
