[comp.os.minix] How do I use signal

                       **** HELP!!! ****

  I am thoroughly confused. Can someone send me an example code on
  how to use signal(SIGALRM, func). I have looked in the book
  to no avail. How does one set the alarm on the clock and yet
  use signal()? what is CLOCK_PROC? what number do I use?
