[comp.os.minix] 1.3 Upgrade Problem

Arrrrrg.

I am attempting to build the 1.3 kernel using sources from NDSUVM1, and
I have run into a little problem.  The file minix/kernel/console.c
causes this error when compiled:
     Error: bad argument type 244
This message is coming from cg, which is the 1.1 version.  The version
of console.c that I have does not match the size listed in the MANIFEST.
Do I need:
   1) a different console.c, or
   2) the new compiler binaries
BTW, are the 1.2 compiler binaries available on the net?  They didn't
come with the NDSUVM1 1.3 upgrade package.

You need the 1.2 compiler binaries and the compiler-support routines
from the 1.2 libc.a.  I got them from bugs.nosc.mil.  Don't know
about bitnet availability.
