Hi, I've been trying to upgrade to 1.3 and have had some trouble getting cc.c to compile. There are several errors like unbalanced parens and old style messages as well. (I also got an error on the #ifdef ERROR but assumed it was okay to remove that for the compilation. Was that a correct move to make?) I got the upgrade package through ftp and used patch on a Unix system to make the changes and then downloaded to Minix to compile. (I looked over the diff file and compared the changes that were made and it all looked correct.) Is there a problem in the way I'm doing the patches? Or, is there a bug in the cc.c source? (I've been using the makefile to do the compilation. make f=cc) If someone could send me their cc.c for 1.3 or a diff of their cc.c vs. 1.2's cc.c, so I could make some comparisons, I would greatly appreciate it.
