In an attempt to install Bruce's protected mode patches I have again come up against the problem that plagued me while upgrading Minix from 1.1 to 1.3. Patch is claiming that it is seeing 'a new style context diff' and then claims it has found another patch while it was actually in the middle of a patch. I have used the binary from NDSUVM1 and I have recompiled patch from source and both react the same way.
