About 6 months ago I was searching for a patch for the Compaq 286 Deskpro's problem with the minix hard-disk driver. I searched all through bugs.nosc.misc to no avail. Does 1.3 now work with the type 17 hard drive? I did find a patch for the Compaq portable - will this fix the 286 Deskpro?
