I have a table that defines some partition types: 1 - DOS with 12 bit FAT 4 - DOS with 16 bit FAT 5 - extended DOS partition 6 - reserved 0DBh - concurrent DOS Judging from other postings, 0 is an invalid partition type. Also, 6 is no longer "reserved". It is used by DOS 4 for DOS partitions larger than 32 MBytes.
