1) It seems that there is no change in any .c or .s files beyond 1.3d. Is this true? 2) Can 1.4 be skipped converting 1.3 to 1.5?

Actually head.s changed and I posted. Furthermore, virtual every other file in the distribution has undergone massive changes. I am now sorting through the beta testers output.
