Can someone explain to me the basics behind working with minix. I found out
from Prentice Hall that the version they are selling is 1.3. I have noticed
references to 1.4 and 1.5 in this newsgroup. What are these versions and
how come PH isn't selling the latest version?
I just started reading this newsgroup, in an effort to find out how to run
minix. I bought the book when it first came out and now thinking about
getting the software. Is there an archive site for previously posted code and
information to comp.os.minix?
