[net.unix-wizards] 2.8 11/44 booting

	Thanks to those who replied to my request for 2.8 BSD boot info
on an 11/44 with RL02's. The problem was an incorrectly placed vector.
I found it at 0320, when it should have been at 0160.

	On that machine, we are now running 2.8.
