I think cv may have a problem or maybe build. I compiled kernel,fs,mm with symbols and then built a new minix.img. When booted it it produced signal 11 at two addresses the start of FS and the start of MM. So I recompiled FS and MM without symbols and then booted using this new minix.img, it worked perfectly.
