There are three missing files in 1.5.5, which haven't appeared in 1.5.6.
The first is /etc/gettydefs, which has never been posted or distributed
in any form.
The second is rc, which is missing the 1.5.0 to 1.5.3 cdif. The 1.5.0
file is identical to the (distributed) 1.3 version, and there is a 1.5.3
to 1.5.5 diff. However, the 1.5.5 crc listing quotes a different starting
file size to that in 1.5.0.
The third file is dis88/README; not part of 1.2, not posted in 1.3, not
part of the PH 1.3 distribution, and not posted since.
I'm fairly certain these are the only files missing from 1.5.5, but I
haven't yet checked 1.5.6 carefully (I finished 1.5.5, logged on to boast
to a friend, and was hit by ast's posting....)
