According to the experience we've had with the terminal at LLL, and to the Tektronix folks we've talked to, this is what causes the problems when you attempt to use programs such as vi. No amount of delay will completely solve this. If somebody knows different, please let me know. We'd very much like to be able to use our 4025s!
