This would have to be matched by a command such as: ``take foo'' entered by ``joe''. Only when two matching requests were spooled would the chown be carried out. Since this requires the cooperation of the reciever of the file it would get around all the huge-file- you-didn't-know-you-owned scenarios. ``give joe foo'' should probably also send mail to ``joe''.
