People are telling me that the mail I've sent to this list containing the multi boot PC hard disk boot sector replacement is corrupted. It may be due to some local ASCII/EBCDIC conversions. If someone was able to unpack the files, I'd like that person to repost it. If I don't get an answer about that in a few days, I'll ask someone else (Bruce, maybe?) to contact me and send the package in a suitable format, more immune to such conversions (an hex dump, containing only digits the letters from A thru F and newlines). That person would then redistribute the package in a popular format. My only access to the net is thru an EBCDIC-based IBM mainframe :-(, so that it will be VERY hard for me to fix these problems at least for now. I don't have control over the converter.
