[comp.os.minix] MINIX on 3 1/2" disks ?

I just copied MINIX 1.3 from the 5 1/4" disks shipped by P-H to 3 1/2" disks.
However, when I tried loading MINIX from my 3 1/2" disks, I get as far as
Welcome to MINIX.  This is followed by the # prompt and no login message.

What now?  Please help.
