I just got draft 10 of the P1003.2 standard. This means that it exists. As soon as I can get it copied, I will send copies of the relevant pages to the people doing POSIXizing. This will occur early next week. Probably best to suspend work until it arrives. If anyone else would like to help, here is the list of what is already being worked on.
