I was just recently playing with my printer, trying to print some graphics, when I noticed that characters were being dropped periodically. I checked the compatibility list and sure enough, it is listed as a problem. With this problem, however, the printer driver isn't very useful (actually only one character every couple pages of text, but it is every few lines in graphics, which screws up the mode and prints garbage). I was wondering if anyone has tried to, or actually has fixed the printer driver. I will also look into this further. David Brown dbrown@ucsd.edu
