[comp.os.minix] minix on 32-bit machines

I have read about the "Bruce's patches" for using MINIX on 32-bit machines.
I need to obtain these patches for my MINIX 1.5.10.

      How can I get these patches?
OR
      Who is Bruce?
AND
      How can I get in touch with him?
