[comp.os.minix] What's the diff between 1.3 & 1.5?

   I found myself about to order Minix today.  But before spending
$169 on 1.5, and maybe a little less on 1.3, what is the difference
between these two versions?  Are the differences substantial enough to
justify me getting 1.5 instead of 1.3?
