[comp.os.minix] Porting Minix to an Acorn Archimedes

Ok all you Minix people,

  has anyone ever thought about or tried to port Minix onto the Archimedes ?

  It is a 32 bit RISC processor with Supervisor and User modes, Memory
  controller and from 1Mb to 4Mb of RAM depending, also Hard discs are not
  uncommon - for those of you who dont know what an Archimedes is !

  I am about to try this task *if* no-one else has previously tried or is
  trying.

  However I have a problem at the moment - the source I have is for the
  atari ST and I am missing regexp.h - would some kind soul mail it to me !

  I have emailed Andrew Tanenbaum but havent heard anything yet so maybe
  someone out there can help.

    where can I get hold of the Amsterdam Compiler Kit ? how much ?
