Further to my last posting about MINIX crashing with 4Mb of memory some experimentation has revealed that its only when PHYSTOP ($42e) is 0x400000 that the problem occurs, if I set it to e.g. 0x3f0000 (just short of 4Mb) everything is OK. As far as I remember, the STE needs another Video base alignment
then the 1040. I think, ST 1.5.10 Patch 2 did correct this.
