[comp.os.minix] How to get to shell in 'term'

I was trying to download a file from an UNIX workstation using 'term' and
'rz' in my i286 box.  I could not do it since I could not get into sh in 'term'
after connecting the modem.  When I hit keypad_5, the connection was terminated.
