A friend of mine is engaged in (trying) to write an Ethernet driver for a setup based on the Intel INA960 (something called the PC-LINK 2 I think).. He has the data sheet on the Intel chip, but is missing information on the Western Digital DP8390 Chip which is the basic PC ethernet chip. Western Digital have proved less than helpful in supplying a data sheet for that chip. Can anyone help in terms of: (1) Information on the DP8390 and/or (2) Details on any Ethernet driver implementations they may have already written.
