The READ_ME file for Elvis says that Elvis cannot be rebuilt under Minix and suggests crosscompiling under dos. Can anyone describe this process in detail sufficient for replication? In particular, is translation of object or exe module formats required? Though it has no bearing on the question I would like to remark that the newest version of Elvis (I believe 1.3, but am not sure) _is_ compilable under Minix. I did it, using PC Minix 1.5.10 on an 8088 8MHz XT.
