How is 4.2bsd going to be supported? Will there be a formal support organization that sells maintenance contracts? Will there be any formal way to submit trouble reports? Or will it be like 4.1bsd, which (apparently) is word of mouth or computer mail to the developers? Please, no flames about relative worth of formal and informal support. I believe that that is a serious question, but here I am interested in what kind of formal support (if any) is available. Thanks. John Eldridge harpo!floyd!jce
