We have had several complaints, both privately and in this newsgroup,
about delays in receiving Minix outside the U.S.  We're sorry that 
several of our customers are having this difficulty.  Although we are
able to receive your orders via email, we must still use our conventional
order fulfillment process to ship product.  This inevitably brings
delays for some, especially for overseas orders.   Rest assured that
on the email side, we process your orders within 1-2 hours of their arrival.

    Well, surely a time zone problem for my september ordering :-(
