I regards to the posting by Remy CARD, you can't use a Seagate SCSI Host adapter with Minix outside of BIOS_wini. I got the specs from Seagate when I was working on my SCNCSI driver. They seem to run there drive from a sort of micro-code sjstore located on the board. There was no way of getting them to release the port specs for what is labled as a propriatary chip on the board. I wwill be putting my SCSI driver on plains.nodak.edu in the pub/Minix/ftp_contrib file soon. Right now all I have available on the machine I do FTP from is the first working version. If I can't get a better version onto dworkin (aka flora) I'll put that one on plains. That way anyone who wants can get ity, but if you don't want it, you won't get it. mike.irons%lynx@helios.northeastern.edu
