Hi out there, yesterday I patched my minix st 1.5.10 to pl 3. On checking the diffs as I always do, I found something strange: the diff for fs/open.c reverted the bugfix from ast (you know, the put_inode(new_inode(a,b,c),d) which should be put_inode(new_inode(a,b,c,d)) back to the buggy version. This was explicitly a hunk from the patch, so it seems somehow an old version of open.c made it into the source tree of the development of patch 3. Did anybody else notice this (and did I miss the postings) or has this gone unnoticed because everybody was happy with good CRCs?
