[net.unix-wizards] request for software leads

I am looking into software for a new computer center, consisting of
a VAX 780 running Berkeley Unix.  I am particularily trying to track
down software for running Ramtek displays (complete with track ball
and tablet).  Also I'm trying to find a PL1 compiler for Unix.
Does anyone have any information on either of these?  I'd appreciate
any leads I can get.
