[comp.os.minix] Need 1.2 to 1.3 upgrade kit

Can someone tel me the location/name of an 1.2 to 1.3 upgrade kit?
I believe there is one at plains.nodak.edu and one at bugs.nosc.mil
however I don't know the directory or file name where they reside.

You can find it at bugs.nosc.mil in directory pub/Minix/d1.2-1.3
files :	d1.2-1.3.tar.Z
	elle.tar.Z
	readme
	rearrange

To find a file on a server, you can also send a 'DIR' command ...
