I just recently acquired the legal copy of MINIX 1.1 from my university; they no longer was using the text and never used the system (They used it as theoretical background, but used UN*X instead...). The root file system was trashed when I got the diskettes- I can't even get the system up w/ MINIX! What I need to know is- Is there any easy/hard way of rebuilding the diskette so I can get the thing restored and install it onto my spare HD? (Or, do I have to go and buy the latest copy of MINIX from PH??) Thanks in advance for any help rendered, Frank C.
