Well, I finally managed to scrape together the time to build a patch kit that implements my port of GNU's "bash" (bourne-again shell) to MINIX. Before I post it, I have one question: would it be a violation of copyright for me to post the output of "yacc" to the net? The reason I ask is that "bash" contains one yacc file; since I haven't yet ported bison, I just uploaded it to an ULTRIX system at the office, yacc'ed it there, and downloaded the results to my PC. Was that a violation of copyright (since the output of yacc contains source code as well as generated tables)? Will the copyright police interrupt my slumbers at 3am? 8-) 8-) 8-) Anyhow; I suppose I could post the kit without the y.tab.whatever files and let folks regenerate them as they see fit, but if I can include them then I can distribute a turnkey patch kit which should let anyone get up and running... -- Jim Paradis UUCP: harvard!m2c!jjmhome!acestes!paradis 9 Carlstad St. AT&T: (508) 792-3810 Worcester, MA 01607-1569 ICBM: 42deg 13' 52", 71deg 47' 51"
