Having bought MacMinix, I developed a need to have Minix on my Macintosh AND on my Atari ST. Immediately, I was kinda disappointed that there wasn't a lower cost on the second copy of the program. Being in school still, that kind of put it out of the question. However, I was informed that there may be a way around this. (I have both an ST and a Mac, and was looking for Minix for BOTH of them, to let me do experiments with networking.) I'm interested in finding an Atari Minix owner willing to let me get his second backup. (Like I said, I bought MacMinix, so I have the manual already). The owner may legally give these away, with the consideration that it would be illegal to make a backup on the system he gave the software to.... a bought copy can have two backups, but a given copy cannot have any backups at all.
