[comp.os.minix] GNU tar 1.09

	The copy of GNU tar from prep.ai.mit.edu that I got 2 days ago (v1.09
I think, the wone with the higest number) has MINIX listed in the Makefile.
It won't compile with ACK due to OPT running out of space. I havn't tried it
with bcc yet.
