Date: Thu Oct 21 10:49:05 1982 If this is an inappropriate use of unix-wizards and/or ARPANET, then I assume that someone will quietly dump this on the floor... I'm looking for names of consulting firms and/or software houses that know about UNIX. A large company (who shall remain nameless) wants (1) help in deciding which UNIX to get, both hardware and software, and clearly needs names of "disinterested" parties, i.e. someone who doesn't sell it themselves, and (2) someone (or same one) to do system modifications and applications programming after it's purchased.
