Hello, I have bought 3.5" disks, too. I have choosen the hardware method. a) You can take a skrewdriver, open your computer case and switch the cables from drive A:/B:. Change your setup correctly and your boot drive is now 3.5". b) Your computer is able to format 720K/5.25" disks. Do this. But as you write, your diskcopy fails....
