I am 99.9 999 999 999 944% sure that this tax is non-existant, and that
the FCC is not even considering such a tax. Please kill this message
thread right away, and stop going off half-cocked. Do not spread this
false rumor further. If you really think it's real, then a call to the
FCC in Gettysburg, PA should be in order. DON'T PROPAGATE THIS FALSE
RUMOR ANY FURTHER UNTIL YOU HAVE THE ACTUAL TEXT OF THE NOTICE OF
PROPOSED RULE-MAKING IN YOUR HANDS.

Please consider this a flame. You are an idiot. That is all.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

This has been killed 3 years ago. This is a constantly recurring nightmare.
My father works for the FCC and I know this to be true. So, don't send any
mail. It makes us look foolish and wastes time, moey, energy. A better thing
to complain about is the funding of the Space Station Freedom, which will
conservativley cost $130 billion to make and $5 billion to run annually. Yet, the
experiments it will do could, and are being done in much cheaper satellites
