Let's talk about a bad day. I haven't hacked on Minix in 4 months. I
decide to work on it and clean up my directory structure. I blew away
vital stuff and find myself needing to reinstall. No biggie right!
Wrong... I try to reinstall to find out that I must have at some time
blown away my /usr disk. I can't do an 'ls' or other vital things.
I've examined it using 'echo *' and could not find much (some was
intact) in the /usr/bin directory. My question is if in fact I have
blown my disk and I didn't take heed in the beginning to back up my
diskettes what's my next option. Can someone send me a copy of this
disk? Do I right Prentice-Hall a nice please help an old fool letter.
Or do I buy a new package :-0... I'm running 1.5 aka 1.5.10. Thanx
in advance.
