[net.unix-wizards] hard error

chen (10/28/82)

We are running Unix 4.1 bsd. Is there anyone out there can explain
the following error message?
-------------------------------------------------------------------
hp0g: hard error sn195868 er1=4<RMR> er2=0 mr=400
DUMP: (This should not happen)bread from /dev/rhp0g [block 97934]:\
	c=0x400, regc=0x400, &c=0x7fffe9ac, n=0x0
-------------------------------------------------------------------
The error message occurred when we were doing the complete backup
to tapes.
Do we need to restart the backup again since this message?
How to find which file(s) or directorie(s) is in block 97934?
Note: Our hardware environment is VAX 11/780, 2 rp06 disk drives, and
      1 Tu77 tape drive.
Please drop me a mail. Thanks in advance!
