Hi all; I've been trying to use the umail package from plains:pub/Minix/ftp_contrib called umail356.lzh, and have been having some troubles. My connection n, as of now, has been via UUCP from a host here at NU called corwin. Sending through corwin requires addressing the mail by adding .uucp to the host name (minix1, I know very original) to get minix1.uucp@corwin. Corwins domain is .ccs.northeastern.edu which comes to the right. The problem is that umail will send all the mail it gets back cliaming 'could not find own name' as a reason. In the config file umail.cf I have listed: minix1, minix1.uucp, m, and minix1.uucp@corwin.ccs.northeastern.edu as names for my system, and it still fails. Could someone who knows more about umail356 get in contact with me? Also what is the umail.net file for, and how is it generated. There is no documentation about any of these files that I could find. mike.irons@lynx.northeastern.edu
