[rec.birds] split this group?

This group has low enough volume to remain open to
slight variations in topic.  I don't think the recent
discussions of pet birds have been either out of line
for this group, or of sufficient volume to justify
another group.  Actually, the discussion has even
included talk about taking birds from the wild--a topic
that is of great interest to birdwatchers.
