I'm in the market for a pair of compacts. My main requirement is long eye relief on account of my glasses. I am more interested in them being discreet than small, i.e. they don't have to be too compact. Does anyone have access to a review of what's available? Also, I have a pair of 8*40 Miradors. Would it be better to get compact 10s for flexibility, or 7s for field of view? Opinions welcomed. Also, at Brookstone Tools I have seen a lightweight directional microphone which attaches the tripod mount, and sounds through a pair of "walkman" headphones. It looks like a neat gimmick. How much is it neat and how much is it gimmick? (Unfortunately the display model didn't work!) Does anyone know where the best price on it can be had? Thanks, Jon. Gingerich
