Has anyone out there kept logs of bugs encountered while developing systems using C? There's apparently a Bell-only system for logging bugs reported by people in the field, but I'm more interested in the mistakes the original programmer makes (or, to put it operationally, in the changes to the source made between successive invocations of cc). I'll summarize replies.
