[rec.birds] CLARIFICATION of VOTES

Clarifying what all the griping is about:

The proposal for rec.pets.dogs includes an assumption of
a following group for rec.pets.birds. 


Seems reasonable though there might be some concern about the
transitional period. 


Vote for rec.pets.dogs and then add a new vote for rec.pets.birds.



(The smell of urine was getting to me!)
