... and while someone's fixing "more", they ought to fix the
way it resets your tty's modes after its done.  I used to work
on a (heaven forbid) half-duplex lineto a distant site
a while back, and 'more' always would reset echo for me.  [Lots
of things make subtle changes to tty modes, but more sticks
in my mind most.]

...not only that, but 'more' really ought to flush its output before
changing the tty mode back, and shouldn't change the tty mode when
it's being used as a filter.
