And, it's a wee > bit to late to call ABA sales! Darn, I wish I'd seen this earlier, 'cuz I've birded that area every year for the last 5 years! I suspect it was probably a little slow this weekend. The absolute best time to bird that area is the first or second week in May, depending on the weather. Then, you can catch the migrating Warblers in Pocomoke Swamp, and the shore- birds at various locations along the coast. If you decide to go again, drop me a note.
