Anyone who has any contributions, bugs or suggestions for the IBM-PC
packet driver collection should send them to me. I'm going to put out
a new release of the packet drivers soon. This release will include
globally unique handles[1], user documentation[2], Kelly McDonald's
Novell packet driver support, and Karl Auerbach's PCIP packet driver
support. The last two will be distributed separately because not
everyone will want them.
[1] Required for Phil Karn's TCP/IP package to support multiple packet drivers.
[2] People seem unwilling to read the source when they can't grok the
parameters. I don't understand why... :-)
